All lolRoyals aside, they might have one of the fastest, best defensive outfields in the game. DeJesus and Crisp could almost cover an outfield without a third guy.
As for the the Rays, they've made some solid improvements (Pat Burrell's bat, having David Price all year, etc.) The key for them is going to be guys like Garza and Shields. If they can have years like last year, and if Kazmir gets going in the right direction again, then they will have a rotation solid enough to keep them in a race with NY and Boston. I forget where I was reading an article about it, but at least one national writer made the statement that the three best teams in baseball are all in the AL East. This is going to be an exciting summer for that division, no doubt.
