Moat Carps are your best friends! I remember I got my initial money with that, and still are a good way to make good money (they really sell fast).

Outpost, Outpost! they are your friends too! check the region info every tally to see which ones can you get every week until you get all! some of them have a level restriction. I'm from Sandy, and my very first OP I've done was Sarutabaruta like 3 years ago lol I never seen Sarutabaruta owned by Sandy anymore.

For the crafts, I think Cloth is good to you looking at your wish (lot of WHM stuff, and for example fishing gear!), but take it easy because is a long long way. You can sig crafted items until you get 28 skill and then sig into a Guild. Then you can obtain Guild Points used to buy a special rare/ex crystals, which sign the items you craft with em. Also those Guild Points can be changed for very interesting items/key items for your craft like equip which add +1 skill.

Another thing to take in mind, in this game there is a lot of things to do, millions... Try to finish wathever you start before go on other things. I mean, the most important thing you can do atm is just focus on level your job and subjobs, because doing that, another things will be open to you, and getting money, quest, missions, will be more easy. When you hit middle-high level (50~60) you'll notice that the experience needed to "ding" will be increased a lot making this point hard sometimes, at least it was for me and mayoriti of my friends. But when you break it, you want to level all the jobs to 75! lol

Don't focus too much in get the most "expensive" gear from 30 to 40, because you can hit 40 before you save the money you wanted for that piece, and then you'll want another ultrapimp piece for 40-50. This no mean you don't care about the gear, this is important and I like to do it as well when I start leveling a new job, its just to save a litle time, and of course since is your first job, I think is more important get it high!. As someone told you already there is always "must have" equip/spells for each job, and you need to get before continue leveling, such as level 51 elemental staves (light and dark) and Noble's tunic. For things like that is when you need invest time.

In spanish at least you need the "a" ("Voy a empezar", "Voy empezar" has no sense). I doubt between "I'm gona start" and "I'll start", because "I'll start" is much like "empezaré", anyway both are correct I think.

Your job is going to be necessary no matter what. You can get away with a few gimp gears, but good choices so far. Seer's is good for what I remember having the + hmp for when resting (that might be +1 only). MND is a good setup, but it doesn't have much of an impact. WHM gets boring through experience, so keep with it and don't be a quitter :D.
