Switching on relic weapon

I do know it's not refundable tho.
I tried to trade stage3 katana to goblin, but nothing happens.
I've heard people accidently canceled this quest, but I have no idea how to do it.
Can anyone help me?

I have stage 3 katana
but I want to make scythe now.

Nevermind now, I just traded in scythe and it works.
