Troy Aikman/Joe Buck are the worst fucking sports commentators in the world. I can deal with Collinsworth's douchieness because he at least keeps it interesting. They on the other hand, always sound like they have a hang over and/or bored as fuck.

Whenever you see Sportscenter replay Eli's superbowl throw, they play our local sportscaster's commentary over theirs because Buck/Aikman sounded like the 2 most unimpressed, bored, whiney old douchebags on the planet. Fucking can't stand them.

+1 this, Collinsworth was pretty meh last night, my favorite part was when it took him 4 takes to tell some dumb story. I thought Tony Dungy was entertaining actually and would be great, he still knows the league very well and is direct/honest.

On a separate note I almost threw up watching Vince celebrating a TD pass versus 3rd stringers and random free agents, then he throws an int. and stays true to form. He is clearly Superbowl bound. But yeah I was raging pretty hard last night with TO and Vince on the same field.

Marshall Faulk could probably make the jump next year, he does a pretty good job on the NFLN games, much better than Collinsworth (not like that's difficult though)

I know Madden gets a lot of hate and what not but I personally like John Madden. Repetitive I know, but you have to give the guy credit, he knows his shit. Then again I'm sure with all of our hate combined we could cover every announcer and broadcaster in major sports.

Like the Joe buck thing, I used to live in St. Louis and had the honor of meeting Jack Buck at a Cardinals game. As a result of Cards baseball and living in St. Louis I grew immune to his blasé voice and calling style.

I don't hate Joe Buck, I just hate the fact that someone at FOX actually thought that he and Troy Aikman would be a good pair. If Joe Buck had a Lee Corso/Dick Vitale type with him in the booth then I think he'd be okay.

And I think it's safe to say that Al Micheals is the best commentator in the NFL right now.
