Wow I completely forgot about Gino Torretta. Come to think of it, mostly all of the players from the U that got drafted filled their roles as planned. But fuck Winslow. I wish I could perform voodoo magic and Tonya Harding the fuck outta him.

Sources: Vick Likely Eligible for Week 1 -- NFL FanHouse
A final resolution to the Michael Vick issue could come as soon as this weekend, and two sources close to the situation told FanHouse that they expect NFL commissioner Roger Goodell to reinstate Vick immediately, making him eligible to play in the Eagles' first regular-season game on Sept. 13 in Charlotte against the Carolina Panthers.
ESPN.com reported earlier Wednesday that Goodell is expected to make a decision about further discipline on Vick by Saturday so that the Eagles could take it into account when setting their final 53-man roster. One of the sources confirmed that report, and both said they believe the decision will be a full reinstatement that suspended Vick for no regular season games.
"I think it's a no-brainer," one of the sources said. "The main reason Roger set up the suspension the way he did was to gauge public backlash, and the public backlash has been minimal."
In late July, shortly after Vick completed a two-year prison term for dogfighting crimes, Goodell announced a conditional reinstatement that would allow Vick to sign with an NFL team and play in that team's final two preseason games. Vick signed with the Eagles on Aug. 14 and played last Thursday against Jacksonville in Philadelphia -- he's also slated to play Thursday when Philadelphia visits the Jets.
At that time, Goodell said he would make a final decision on further discipline for Vick no later than Week 6 of the regular season. That allowed him the leeway to make the decision sooner, which it appears he will. Since Vick has behaved himself since the initial ruling was handed down, Goodell has little or no reason to hand out further discipline.
In addition, the Plaxico Burress case -- in which Goodell announced that Burress would face no NFL discipline once his prison sentence ends in 2011 -- kind of set a precedent for this. Vick already served an NFL suspension while in prison, and if Goodell reinstates him for Week One, then he'll face no further discipline beyond his own prison term.
McNabb won't he happy about this.

Haha, that's awesome.
Looks like CFL woke up and decided not to sign Pacman lol.
WINNIPEG, Manitoba -- Adam "Pacman" Jones won't be playing for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers after all.
The CFL team announced Wednesday it has ended its pursuit of the controversial ex-NFL cornerback, one day after multiple reports said Jones would play for the team.

Jones
"It is unfortunate that this situation became public; however, our position has remained consistent," Blue Bombers coach Mike Kelly said in a statement. "We will pursue athletes that we believe will contribute to our organization on and off the field.
"We have completed our assessment and due diligence and at this time we will not be pursuing the services of Adam Jones."
Jones' attorney, Worrick Robinson, told The Associated Press on Tuesday he had been in "consistent negotiations" with a CFL team, but wouldn't say which one.
Jones is a former first-round draft pick of the Tennessee Titans who has twice been suspended by the NFL for off-field incidents -- including for the entire 2007 season -- and was released in February by the Dallas Cowboys.
Before coming to Dallas, Jones was arrested six times and involved in 12 instances requiring police intervention after Tennessee drafted him in 2005. He was suspended by commissioner Roger Goodell for the 2007 season before he got in trouble again.
The cornerback's time with the Cowboys was cut short by six games for another behavior-related suspension, an off-field scuffle with a member of the security detail provided by the team.
Jones, who turns 26 at the end of this month, also drew interest from the UFL, the new four-team league scheduled to begin play in October.
Damn Pacman.
The strip clubs in Canada probably protested and didn't want him there lol.
He's had enough chances, I can't feel sorry for someone like that. What a waste.
Still i wanted him in. I wanted to see what he could do to get his 3rd strike lol.
Wow, you've hit a real low when the CFL says to fuck off lol.

Just-hired Jagodzinski fired by Bucs
TAMPA, Fla. -- In a stunning move 10 days before the start of the regular season, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have dismissed offensive coordinator Jeff Jagodzinski.
The Bucs announced the move in a statement Thursday morning and said quarterbacks coach Greg Olson will take over as coordinator. There was no reason given for Jagodzinski's firing, but coach Raheem Morris is scheduled to discuss the situation later in the day.
The change comes on the eve of the Bucs' preseason finale against the Houston Texans. Tampa Bay opens the regular season Sept. 13 against the Dallas Cowboys.
"I am certainly disappointed but I wish nothing but the best for Raheem Morris and the entire Buccaneer organization," Jagodzinski said in a statement Thursday. "I was given the chance to remain on staff as the quarterbacks coach, but felt that the timing for such a move was not in the best interest for either side."
Jagodzinski was hired by Morris in January three weeks after a rocky ending to his time as head coach at Boston College. Jagodzinski was fired by the Eagles after interviewing for the head coaching vacancy with the New York Jets against the wishes of the college's administration.
He interviewed despite the ultimatum and was fired the next day. The Jets job eventually went to Rex Ryan.
Jagodzinski led Boston College to the Atlantic Coast Conference championship game in each of his two seasons.
Olson came to the Bucs as quarterbacks coach last year under former coach Jon Gruden. He previously has been offensive coordinator for Detroit and St. Louis.
The Bucs became the second NFL team in three days to make a preseason change at offensive coordinator; the Kansas City Chiefs relieved Chan Gailey of his duties on Monday and said head coach Todd Haley will take over the role.
Motherfucker. I was all excited that we didn't have to deal with him in week 1. We're weak against the run and pass now thanks to our injuries. PHI prolly gonna' make us look retarded.
Also, the Bucs have gone into total rebuild mode, so that's not surprising. They'll probably have a high turn over rate for the next couple of seasons.
