I asked what the custom UI:s are called that changes the character portrait in the top left corner into an active moving portrait. Not a frozen portrait like in the default blizzard interface.

every single unit frame addon that I know of has a toggle for this. Pitbull, suf, aguf and xperl all do this.

Assuming I install x-perl, will it replace the whole of default interface? Or can I pick and choose what to replace?

xperl will replace the blizzard unit frames, all of them, by default, and I don't think they can be styled to look like blizzard unit frames, either. I'm unfamiliar with xperl's config but most current unit frame addons let you turn off various unit frame types (raid, party pets, etc) if you don't want to see them, allowing you do drag out the old fashioned blizzard raid frames if that's your thing.

It looks like Tidy Plates (Clean Plates), but since I've updated the base Tidy PLates, I can't make the Clean Plates theme work for me. :\

Debated using buttonfacade for bartender izzy? There's some really nice button borders out there, I'm just not much of a fan of the standard ones really. Apart from that, looking pretty fucking spiffy chap.
