So i know some of you do some martial arts or just workout in general. So I need some advice.
While lying down on my back, having my left leg straight and trying to bring my right knee to my chest my right leg goes out to the right. My left leg comes straight to my chest no problem. I figure its something with my hip, so what can i do to stop/fix it. I'd like to be able to squat and do lunges without the issue.
