They did a pretty good job with einherjar tbh. The only real need to camp kings is for ridill(lol), d.ring, and black belt items(could be KS99ed)

iiFuzz or Fuzz or whomever should be legally indicted by SE at this point. He's making money hand over fist from people who want a "monopoly" on their server for his precious bot. I'm not quite 100% on my legal standpoint but I think that puts him somewhere on the wrong side of SE.

im pretty sure the thing is there is no way for SE to prove it... they have this awesome retarded sense of cant take outside info as real proof.... its why they can sit here and watch everything we say but... never able to use it... basically like a cop forcing a confession out of someone "off the record" ... just dun count for shit. oh and as for in game like said long time back shit covers it self up to well for them to trace it via in game, unno why everyone calls this shit NASA its Packet bot... it works with the packets.... but yeah...

Yep. Most of the time it litigation is based on a cost-benefit analysis. If the cost of litigation outweighs the cost from lost revenue then there is a pretty strong barrier against pursuing that litigation.

Add that to the fact that SE is not really well connected to the NA side of things and that it is impossible for them to detect what is happening in game and the fact that trying to sue a fly-by-night is even more difficult.

If you really wanted to stop this guy, you should do it through the IRS. Likely they are not reporting the profits from selling these bots, and if they are then SE would have an easy place to look for to make claims about them for profiting on the games. But if they are smart they will be like the RMT and have something loop through a country that doesn't have strong IPR protections and that would make litigation far more difficult.
