Phalanx II

I have been gathering equipment for my Phallanx II set up so that I can hit 300+ without merits to get what wiki says @lvl 5 is 28 reduction. Recently, a rdm in my ls tells me that Phallanx II is not effected by enhancing skill, and only Phalanx I is effected by it. I just wanted to clear things up because I'm still under the belief that enhancing skill effected it.

Yes it is affected by Enhancing Magic skill, tell the RDM to read up more on it. Wiki has a formula posted somewhere, just too lazy to look it up right now.

Phalanx II is affected by enhancing skill, just not to the same extent as Phalanx.
