Although as everyone knows multiplayer pushes the game and almost everyone will look past a short campaign mode.

The ONLY reason to buy a CoD game is for the MP. Well, at least in my opinion...~Don't get me wrong though, I loved the epic moments in 4, and the Sniper mission was one of my favorites of all time...I still only got it for the MP

Has anyone tried the 3rd person game types? I am still at work so haven't got a chance yet but youtube vids look pretty damn cool. Ever since the socom days I have always loved the 3rd person views.

Got my copy, playing campaign on Veteran at the moment, then I plan on hitting up MP.

And fuck going to a midnight release, never again. I got to my GameStop at 11:15, and I got my copy at 12:30.... The line was fucking massive, extended well beyond the parking lot. There were Monster energy drink cans littered EVERYWHERE, and there were at least another 30-40 people behind me after I left.

I usually play through the single player first in all the games I play. However, since I'm playing it on the PS3 instead of PC this time I wanted to get used to the controls and learn the maps so when friends get on at night I can be somewhat decent. I figure I'll go back and play the single player when nobody is on.

I'm really enjoying the game so far. Having the shotgun as my secondary weapon really makes going into buildings fun.

3rd person is like a bad version of socom/metal gear. It's mediocre at best but nice for a change of pace. Far worse than the FPS though.

sry raigekijin, I thought maybe you were dc'ing but it turned out my connect was started to fuck up & it made my psn go weird(friend list didnt refresh, game list didnt fresh, delayed messages etc). even as i type this, im getting your game invites from 6:03 pm est right now @ 6:07 lol

It's ok I think Mixem couldn't get back i guess either. Friend of mine just said if you're having trouble try redownloading the MW2 update.
