There's a cracked version of WebcamMax. The thread I linked you to has all of the other stuff you'll need, which is all free. My computer is all set up to do a stream already though, although I can understand if you don't feel comfortable extending that trust.

By the way, the guide says that the uStream flash client resizes the video to around 480x360. It's actually 440x330, so make sure to resize it to that in FME to optimize your bandwidth.

Also, if you're not using any audio (which may happen depending on how your computer is configured,) make sure to disable audio in FME to save additional bandwidth. It's difficult to get audio to work if you have Realtek Audio drivers.

Oh yeah, another thing. Make sure that select save to file. The saved video will actually be quite small and you can upload it somewhere later without the uStream watermark ( or edit it with sound or w/e). You might even have another person recording a separate stream that doesn't get resized that people can download later.

It says Webcame Max driver was not correctly installed... i pressed fix it then it said
Webcam Max Driver error

Uh, I dunno. All I did was install it and then copy the patch file to the installation directory (Program Files/WebcamMax) and then run the patch file.
