A McDonald’s chocolate milkshake with vanilla vodka, rimmed with BBQ sauce and garnished with a chicken McNugget.

That isn't really that horrible, health-wise. I don't know if the BBQ sauce is necessary, though. I'd prefer chocolate sauce on the rim personally.

As for the whole dipping nuggets into milkshakes thing, my significant other does it. I don't, but I've never tried it, and I'm not opposed.

If I wasn't so repulsed by Mc Donald's I might try a shake mixed with some vodka, it sounds kind of good. But I've gotten a shake that wasn't mixed one day and it had all this nasty orange syrup in it. I'll post a pic if I can find one.
