My wrist hurts...
This stuff carries to the New Game+....right?
nope lol
wat...fuck
get 50k across the board lol.
THat should cover you eezo wise but have fun! lol
your best bet with scanning is to not bother until after you recruit Mordin and get the scanner speed upgrade from Miranda.
At that point, you can skip every planet but Rich planets, and scan by rapidly tapping the Right trigger instead of holding it down. Get a few big nodes, then move on to the next planet. You should have plenty of materials.
If you get the med bay upgrade (to remove your scars), make sure you search planets that have platinum a little harder than normal for more nodes.
Sometimes a planet's description will give clues as to what's found there, but as a general rule Garden worlds (or post-garden worlds) will almost always have Eezo.
I'm a completionist so I went ahead and scanned everywhere. Those stuff are after I completed almost every worthwhile upgrade + med bay.
And yeah, description and appearance gives a lot of information about its contents. Gas giants(almost always have poor/moderate level of resources, no eezo) are quite worthless after you bag enough Palladium, Platinum and Iridium.
Is it just me, or are certain abilities COMPLETELY useless in this game? Specifically Cryo Blast/Ammo, AI Hacking/Dominate, and maybe Neural Shock... all of them seem useless, especially on harder difficulties. Putting every ability on the same timer pretty much means they'll never get used.
Right now I'm playing as an engineer and I'm not even bothering trying to put 1 point into AI hacking because it'd mean I'd have to put 3 points into Cryo Blast lol.
Engineer is a lot of fun btw, except for whatever reason Overload is instant on a target but Incinerate arcs like biotic powers. I *think* geth shield boost is affected by the -recharge of Engineer's class skill, so I'll probably go with that, but does anyone have any thoughts on Demolisher vs. Mechanic?
edit: nvm demolisher seems a lot better for Incinerate/Overload
Lol^
I dunno, I used AI hacking a lot during missions with mostly mechs. It immediately draws attention to the hacked mob from you, even for a little while since they usually don't lie long. And you can hack the big mechs too (don't rememember the name now), which can buy you extra time needed sometimes.
well I guess my issue with AI hacking is that on harder difficulties, you can't even use it until the mechs shields/armor is completely gone, at which point you might as well just kill the thing. Your combat drone is on such a short timer that if you want to distract the mech you might as well just use that, or you can just overload the mech for massive damage. I suspect AI hacking would be nice on normal with lots of other mechs around, or if it had its own seperate timer.
Actually I think you have to remove the armor on any difficulty to hack a mech.
So I'm pissed, I used my ME1 save with Wrex and I just got to Tuncunka or whatever the fuck, and the guy said wrex is fucking dead :/. I stopped playing now because of that.
I even loaded up my save file and Boom, Wrex and Garrus is with me
I bet you didn't even import your save, lol
Hey, I'm not the one who messed up importing my save.
Shut up raggy.
