still, I'd rather have maxed barrier/fortification if I decided not to go with max warp ammo (which is a great choice for a class that doesn't get a lot of other ways to deal with barriers) than AI Hacking

Idk it may make sense for your playstyle, but sticking to 1 ammo type works for my soldier/infiltrator. I do switch weapons but I hate how shitty the ammo capacity is on the heavy pistol and how awful the aim/ammo spread is on the submachine gun. Honestly the sniper rifle is the only weapon I feel they did perfect, everything else leaves something to be desired, especially with the removable heatsinks.

Spread was annoyin' til I just started tapping the fire button rather than holding it, otherwise I'm with you on that.
Really, once I started doing that I fell in love with the tempest/heavy disruptor ammo combo for anything with shields.

Couple questions.

1st: My brother is doing a playthrough now with an imported ME1 guy and his cabin desk doesn't have a picture on it. Now considering he killed Ashley on Virmire, could this mean he could've boned her or does it mean he was too socially awkward to have a love interest in ME1?

2nd: Does the med bay upgrade help with the suicide mission?

I had no romance in ME1 and got no picture on my desk, so that's probably it.

As far as I can tell the med bay upgrade is purely for aesthetics. Waste of platinum if you play paragon.

Even if it did, the other upgrades you could do on the ship/gear with that 50k platinum is a much better use of your time. I've gotten perfect survivals twice now without doing it so its largely irrelevant. Also why would renegades want it? I thought Casey Hudson or one of the other bigwigs at bioware said that people actually being intimidated by you had to do with how scary you looked.

Waste of platinum if you do hardcore badass Renegade and want to look like the fucking Terminator too. Done two playthroughs, Paragon and Renegade, didn't lose anyone on either. Did the med-bay upgrade on Paragon only, didn't use it.

I think there may be some Normandy crew member still in the sickbay on my Renegade playthough though.

I used the scar removal thing on my Renegade femshep. She's a bitch, but she's still a goddess. Can't be a hotass bitch with glowing red eyes and earthquake scars on her face.

Ran into an odd bug that was totally lagging my system to hell, the hack screen became unsynched; was almost as annoying as constantly getting too near things, glitching on top of them and having to reload
