just beat the DLC, took about 2 hours on normal, still gotta run through on hardcore/insanity to get the last achievement. That was fucking awesome, easily my favorite DLC so far

Ok that was sweet, it's amazing how Liara joins up with you for the mission and you can allocate her skills... I loved the driving section and the banter between Liara/Shepard was hilarious. I kinda guessed the ending beforehand too.

When you beat it you get:

-2 upgrades from the first half of the mission, I think pistol damage and something else, maybe damage reduction
-A new bonus power, Stasis, which I guess would be somewhat useful since it works through shields/armor
-Dossiers/additional info on your teammates. Grunt's extranet searches were hysterical
-A delivery terminal and the ability to invest in missions. I got an Assault Rifle upgrade but it's telling me to check back tomorrow. Looks like there's continued benefit after you beat the mission, I guess.
-The ability to mark planets rich in certain resources.
-A station where you can watch surveillance videos of certain people. Some interesting stuff there, like the identity of Liara's father (it's who everyone guessed it was) and you can watch the reporter chick get punched over and over
-A new ship model for your cabin and a gift from liara, as well as the ability to mend your relationship if you banged someone else

If this is a sign that Liara will return as a teammate in ME3, I'll be pretty pleased. I really like the way her powers and stuff were handled in ME2, definite fanservice but it works pretty well.

I'm really interested to see what the delivery terminal gives you tomorrow. Although, I'm kinda pretty much done with the game on this playthrough, so it would probably make sense to run through this DLC before you beat the game so you can reap the full benefit, even though the DLC works just as well chronologically if you do it afterward.

just beat it as well. Took about 2hrs as soldier on insanity. Only thing that I didn't like was that Liara gets 1 less skill point than the rest of the team. Also holy shit at the credit rewards of the entire DLC...

Firepower Pack is good as well, since the weapons are pretty different. The pistol is great, and the shotgun is fun on vanguard. Fully charged it does ridiculous damage and it can be used from midrange as well.

Not sure about the rifle, since I haven't been on a job that can use it, but it seems good.

The Assault Rifle is okay.. great damage/accuracy but only 15clip magazine and really small total ammo pool. Better for allies than Shepard if you have the AR from the collector ship imo..

Just finished the DLC myself and loved it, my favorite DLC as well, Im hoping Liara returns for three as she is my favorite character. Going to do it again on my current insanity playthrough Ive been working on the past two days.

I ended up not dicking anybody on that Insanity playthrough, you can still rekindle shit, not sure if there are any extra dialogue options

edit: anybody get all of the paragon quick trigger options in the CSes with Liara? I missed 2/3 and curious what they were?

did anyone else get an upgrade from the delivery terminal in the shadow broker base afterwards? I got an assault rifle upgrade, which is why I was thinking it may just give you whichever of the Zaeed loyalty upgrades you didn't get (since choosing to save/sacrifice the base staff will give you one of 2 different upgrades) but I'm not too sure how it works

edit: and oh yea being able to retrain teammate powers is fucking awesome, especially since it doesn't force you to spend 1 point on their loyalty power. 10 overload 10 warp 10 cerb leader 1 slam for miranda, finally
