so i was doing missions and i finished "Overlord" without noticing there was a trophy for finding the Cerberus data packets, i found 5/6 but i couldn't find the last one so i left thinking i could come back but i cant land on the planet.. is there a way to replay the mission or do i have to do it on my next save?
sadly is a missable trophy unless u have a save from bak then u have to replay
@person2007
I started with soldier and i'm not having problem but is anoying to die and waste 20sec loading
damn, it sucks because i looked up a vid for that shit and apparently i had got it on one of my deaths and i forgot where it was (under the bridge) oh well i need to beat the game again anyway for insanity since i wanted to enjoy the game first
I've never even played on a difficulty that wasn't insanity. I almost forgot there was a difficulty setting in the game since to me that is just 'default'
My first playthrough was on normal, and then I played through on insanity and I enjoyed the game much more on insanity, normal just seemed like a waste, way too easy and I didnt have to pay attention or hardly use my party members at all.
I enjoy hardcore more then Insanity.
The only games I ever enjoyed on the highest difficulty setting was the Halo series.
im not saying i wont play on insane, i just want to play through once on normal so i know what is necessary. and after reading the wiki on a few missions i did i missed a few important things so i want to play it again for sure
I went through on normal first, then hardcore, then insanity. It's a major difference, but nothing that can't be adjusted to. If you play on normal, play through hardcore first. Then you'll be well adjusted for insanity, which isn't much harder. The biggest difference (beside dying faster), is the addition of armour to all enemies, even husks. This means you'll have to find the best way to deal with it, and certain enemies (like husks) become a much bigger threat. Again, not a big deal once you know, but it's surprising at least.
Husks were hilarious by the end for Adept, I'd throw a singularity on the floor in front of me and just shoot them all as they ran straight at me a few times to drop their armour. They'd all fall in to the singularity and die instantly. I think the end of the SPOILERS Ship would have been horrible if I hadn't discovered doing that, since it sucks to take em out one by one on Adept.
It's certainly horrible as an Infiltrator, less so for Vanguard though.
I honestly cannot remember anything being horrible on infiltrator... that was by far my easiest run
I assume all the enemies scale to your own level, right? I started on Normal difficulty and am doing every single quest and mission I run across, but on my Insanity run I'm afraid tedium will get the best of me if I try to do everything all over again. Or will I need to do all the missions/sub missions/quests on Insanity for the resources?
The enemies do scale to your level but I'd say insanity isn't really very insane at all if you're not starting a new character on it. Once you've gotten all the upgrades and stuff some things just take annoyingly long to kill and aren't very hard at all.
The start of an insanity run at low level with no upgrades is the hard stuff.
another question:
When's the point of no return? I'm kind of afraid it'll force it on me once I meet certain requirements like the first two non-recruiting missions and I'd like to get as much done as possible.
Spoiler: show
i just got to that part, so im glad i didn't start that mission lol, this game is so awesome i put in 35 hours in the first 3 days i had it lmfao, SO MANY GAMES I WANT TO PLAY!!!
