Okay so... wow. I beat it this morning at 12:30 AM. I can't believe I did 36 hours of gameplay in about 56 hours >_> I haven't played a game that hardcore in quite some time. I went the renegade route and imported my rene. Shepard from ME1. This might be my favorite ever video game experience. Everything about it was so well done! I got36 hours out of it, but I could have easily gotten another 4-6 hours if I finished up all the other quests. Just take your time, do everything and scan planets for upgrades you easily can get 40 hours.

Kinda sad that I beat it so fast, as I'll have nothing to play for a while, but I can still have a lot of fun with this game for some time with playthroughs!

Okay, so as I said I went the renegade route. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do, but I finally said fuck it and started doing evil shit. My jaw hit the floor 3 times in the first 10-15 minutes during the intro. Shep was actually fucking dead! Holy Shit at the Collectors being Promeathians! I was just like WOW. Archangel being Garrus was cool as hell, though I suspected it once they mentioned he was a Turian. I also found going to the Flotilla absolutely amazing. After reading about it in the books, I had a huge grin on my face finding out that you needed to go there. It was awesome. Then again holy shit at the reapers using whatever species to form a reaper in their likeness, was pretty amazing. I was a little disappointed we really got no Reaper interaction like in the first game. We still don't really know where they come from and how they were first built. Sure the Prometheans joined them after they got taken over, but how did that originally happen? I'm sure we'll find out in ME3.

All my characters survived amazingly. I did all the loyalty quests and not a one died. I guess I sent the right people out as specialists in the end. None of my crewmates however survived. I finished up remaining quests before going after the Collectors, so Chakwas was the only one left alive, and I didn't escort her, so she died I can't wait to playthrough again as a Paragon and completely different decisions!

Also, for those of you that read Ascension, are we now to believe that the Quarian ship that went through the Omega 4 relay, everyone died? Including Gillian? if so!

The Collectors' weapon uses the same principles as a human assault rifle, but its organic components clearly set it apart. Its ammunition resembles pellets of metallic enamel that strip shields off enemies with deadly efficiency. The Collectors' armor is flexible and even tougher than ballistic fibers. I can't wait to get my physical copy tomorrow and get the extra content. I'm going to start another playthrough tonight and try things a completely different way. I want to see what other outcomes are possible with quests/relationship stuff. I can easily see 4 full playthroughs. I might have to go back to ME1 and do a couple things different. I don't like the default outcome if you don't import your own character.

Speaking of physical copy, I assume I'll have to uninstall then reinstall, cause I don't want to connect to the network with a key used from a keygen. So re-installing should prompt me for a new key, I guess? I'll just copy my saves over so I can paste em and not start over. Not that I'd mind either way.

I saved the station for Cerberus and afterward had second thoughts about it. Might the Illusive Man actually be an AI? In several cut scenes they deliberately zoom in on his eyes, which aren't organic. I'm sure there are other ways to explain it, but it piqued my curiosity more than anything else in the ending.

If he is a AI then Miranda must know something more about him.

I suspect in the third game he'll become some reaper/human hybrid boss trying to "save humanity" and make them rulers of the galaxy.

If he is a AI then it must be some AI the reapers made to twist the events for something to happen
