I don't think anyone will be able to answer your question with any certainty until the weapon is actually completed. The hands-on experience with Ryunohige has been quite limited and was not with people who were familiar with the job and knew how to test it. That being said, there's no reason I can think of that the AM3 OAT shouldn't be able to proc on jumps, save the ongoing dispute as to whether or not 2.5x damage from Gungnir can proc on Jumps. No one has publicly announced any significant test results for that situation, but I have a feeling that whatever is determined there will also answer the AM3 question.

It might be a bit overpowered if AM3 procs on jumps and the weapon makes all Jumps critical hits as was said from testing, although I don't think the second hit will be a guaranteed crit if it does work.

You do realize that Yagrush is totally worth it don't you, and what a horrible waste of a stratagem it is for SCH to accession a ~na spell? Unless it's life or death (Bio from Soulflayers for example) just handle it 1 at a time and save that charge for AoE buffs.

Man, this only further proves my long held belief that our Dev Team is either on drugs, doesn't know what the fuck they're doing, or both.

My guess is they're just venting their frustrations on us, forcing us to work hard for minimal gain as so many things in life do. At least that's the only logical reasoning I can think of to explain what is otherwise deplorable game design.

I don't think they even remembered the hidden stats of elemental staves. Of course, no one will bother to point it out since most endgame players over here hate mages and are obviously too concerned about whether they'll ever get a Ridill in order to enlarge their e-wang anyway.
