Anyone beaten it yet?

When do I get my terminator armor to pwnzor the dudes?

(I'm on day 16, and just opened the 3rd world)

Man the game is brutal. Cock up once and you get flanked and fucked up before you can react most of the time.

The scoring is messed up too. Finish a mission in 11 min and still get 1 Star for speed...stupid thing is never satisfied.

Is the rebel without a clue in charge of the Assault Squad of any use? Idiot gets buttraped more than half the time I send him into combat. And usually I only use him against Eldar for his Melta Bombs.

I beat it, I didn't get terminator armors until the last few campaign missions, but there might be some tricks I haven't found, or merely that I didn't do enough non-campaign missions.

To get time rewards you have to be nuttily quick, I generally settled for extermination tactics purging the heretics off the map and never losing any people (or trying to anyway).

Use AoE weaponry and fall back, try to lure the mobs away from big groups, etc.

Keep in mind, the level cap is 20, I was surprised ><, so plan your point upgrades accordingly.

Also; on several missions, it's appearant that the game waits for scripts, so sometimes you can go ahead and take out targets you expect will become active later, and have an easier day of it

I'm up to the last mission, I've pretty much been farming gear for it.
I found the game way too short, sadly (non-optional mission wise).

My normal setup for missions was Force Commander with a power hammer, Tarkus with terminator armor and a heavy flamer, Davian, and then Avitus with either a plasma cannon, heavy bolter, or rocket launcher depending on the situation.

Cyrus I would use for defense missions because he could drop the turrets.

Thaddeus kinda sucks till you get him terminator armor and hammer/shield. It gives him retarded melee damage rating (mine was like 1.3k or something), and gave him some serious armor bonuses to protect him from getting raped. Plus, warp packs!

It was amazing though, playing through the co-op multiplayer is SO MUCH FUN.
Also, the multiplayer skirmish mode is tons of fun, even if there are...6 maps or something. :<

yea, there are 3 available terminator sets, all 3 come extremely close to the end of the game though an aren't that amazing considering the fact they destroy cover =/

however, Davian in his Dreadnought, with an assault cannon + the barrage thing upgrade, omg, insanity, carnifex just fall over if you catch them in the arc, was a really nice surprise.

but yea, campaign was waaaay to short

Oh, another thing...
Computers in multiplayer are waaaaaaaaaay too easy. I hope they add very hard and insane soon, they're sorely needed.
