    reposting but adding more here

    siphon life did good damage standalone, they're completely removing it just so its secondary effect can be rolled into Corruption?

    and not just that, but overall, is affliction just not gonna be best in pve anymore(if it even was since 3.0.8 )? are the way the other trees being reworked and afflic trees as well, is there some unseen buff amongst all the changes to affliction?

    Don't forget the savage roar glyph. It'll be +36% damage instead of +40% AP, with the ability for bleeds to crit. This is going to be pretty disgusting

    Im sitting at 7528 AP unbuffed with 48.9% crit now. With 2% to all stats, and crit bleeds, move over titan grip warrior

    Lock and Load (Tier 4) now has a 33/66/100% chance to proc off Freezing Shot, Freezing Trap, and Frost Trap, and a 3/7/10% chance to proc off the periodic damage of Immolation Trap and Black Arrow. (Previously worked on all traps and included serpent sting)

    Noo...another shot to use in rotation. Why can't it proc off serpent sting.

    Looks like a semi nerf since black arrow is 30sec cooldown, and the effect is 30sec ;/

    Looks like they buffing up MM nicely though.. might become the new fotm !

    Skills

    * Kill Shot no longer has a minimum range. It can now be used in melee range.

    Talents

    * Wild Quiver (Tier 9) now increases your chance to shoot an additional shot when doing damage with your auto shot, dealing 80% Nature damage, by 4/8/12%. (Previously it dealt 50% nature damage and had a 4/7/10% chance.)
    * Piercing Shots (Tier 7) Your critical Aimed, Steady and Chimera Shots cause the target to bleed for 10/20/30% of the damage dealt over 8 sec. (Previously triggered 2/4/6% armor ignore).
    * Ranged Weapon Specialization (Tier 6) is now a 3 point talent, increasing damage with ranged weapons by 1/3/5%. (Previously a 5 point talent increasing damage by 1/2/3/4/5%)

    no range kill shot... oh got yes, I can't tell you how many times I've come close to killing someone, but I can't shoot them because they are right ontop of me, with this change... a new meaning to BOOM HEADSHOT!

    I'm pretty sure black arrow is a joke/placeholder at the moment, I don't think there's any chance of it making it in as a SV talent. Will probably be replaced with trap launcher.

    They already talked about simplifying affliction's rotation... and while I agree it was kind of hectic, I liked it that being said, this just leaves more room for shadow bolt filler... which kind of got a buff? Iunno, now with the changes to talents I can get to destructive reach and not need to hold back as much on shadow bolting if I get too much threat...

    I don't like eradication anymore, but I don't really have anything else to put the 3 talents into D:
    http://talent.mmo-champion.com/?warl...0&version=9614 is what I have so far with the new things, I still have eradication but not sure if it's the best use of the points... also planning on dropping immolate from my rotation, but will have to do some tests for that before I make the decision, I'm no longer getting extra damage from molten core and now shadow bolt will be doing more damage overall, and there was something in the patch notes about haunt only having an effect on shadow spells, so that's -20% damage from the DoT that I won't have anymore...
    new rotation will be more like... SB >> Haunt >> CoA >> Corruption >> UA >> Shadow bolt filler? Fuck I don't know anymore... I need PTR to finish downloading so I can see what happens on my lovable test dummies I hate so very fucking much

    Yeah, glyphs were put up after I went to sleep. Hopefully arms will be good again, and the warrior in my guild will change back so I can replace my mangle glyph. Nice that we actually have more glyphs that affect out PvE damage now.

    The Savage Roar change (baseline 30%) is actually a pretty small damage boost according to the math I did, roughly 2-3%. The stat boost should be a bit lower, but the bleeds critting should be what really boosts us.

    Also thank god exorcism glyph got changed.

    Probably to make shamans, mages and people with inscription leveled feel special again. i.e. the 'wizard oil' principle

    On the hearthing thing, did they change anything with the BG que (say dalaran) -> go moonglade -. enter bg -> endup where?

    Where you qued or where you accepted the que.. or the BG portal you qued up for?

    I would be so pissed if it was the BG portal. GG queue in Dalaran and end up in Arathi Highlands.
