+350 Additional Speed Cameras locations being added in Arizona.

-Cameras used to give an 11mph limit before snapping your photo, now being lowered to 5mph limit.

-Drivers can soon pay for a FastPass to pre-pay (500$) for 5 speed violations.

Sadly, this is not April fools.

It started out with a bunch of these along the roads... They used to be able to park vans anywhere without any immediate notice, but now they seem to be required to post a "Photo Radar Van Ahead" Sign-- Might as well tell drivers to "Just slow down temporarily and you'll be fine."

But, speed cameras are on freeways and highways as well.

Traffic lights are calibrated to have the best traffic flow if everyone is traveling at the speed limit. Every time you go too fast or too slow through a dense area like that ^^^ you are creating traffic jams. Stop QQing.

They are along the freeway as well, where there is no stop lights-- Also, the freeways change speed limits sporadically from 55 to 65.

There's a speed camera near my home that is posted in a 35MPH zone, but 3 miles before and after this speed camera it is a 45MPH zone.

Who said I was qq'ing, it's a picture. I didn't post it main forum because I'm not here to argue about it. I just thought that it was a pretty amazing picture because I thought there was cameras at each of those areas already-- But no, They're new cameras.

Thats true, I also I've in Az. Travel back in forth from Tucson and Phoenix alot. There's DPS cameras along I-10 and they're adding more.

Also heard you don't need to pay the fines unless they serve you directly. A letter asking to pay a fine is not enough.

You forgot a word. Most of the traffic lights south of Downtown LA are complete bullshit. Even if they can be programmed to detect the flow of traffic a lot of them are clearly not.
