Halp me fitness guru-type BG folks.
Upper arm hurts a lot, I haven't been able to do push-ups or lift weights or even go swimming. Pushing open heavy doors tends to hurt my arm as well, even simple things like reaching for something makes it hurt.

Circled area is where the pain is. I've been stretching a bit longer than usual on this one arm to see if that helps, do it every morning and evening. So far it hasn't done anything to help the pain. DID I RIP SOMETHING? :<
