Did you read both post? The first one was an answer to your definition, and the 2nd was the continuation of the first. Your definition of observation is all over the place. It doesn't even mention anything about the subject that is being observed. Empirical evidence should come after the definition of experiment too, because it's implied there was an experiment.

Empirical: The word empirical denotes information gained by means of observation, experience, or experiment
Scientifical evidence : Scientific evidence is evidence which serves to either support or counter a scientific theory or hypothesis[citation needed]. Such evidence is expected to be empirical and properly documented in accordance with scientific method such as is applicable to the particular field of inquiry
Scientifical evidence is the equivalent of empirical evidence, since any empirical evidence will be a scientifical evidence
The only part that could dissocies "observation" from the scientific method is the "or", but I don't believe we were talking about observation in their general sense. If we did, those observations wouldn't be considered empirical, and couldnt be used in your definition of scientifical evidence.
