Blue Screen Durring Besieged

Well tonight is about the third time my computer has crashed, blue screen, durring Besieged. The past couple times it has rebooted immediately and I haven't had a chance to read the text. This time it stayed at the blue screen and I was able to read the error.

Brief Synapse:

atidvag error infinite loop

That would be an ATI video card driver. My laptop has an ATI Mobility Radeon Xpress 200. I'm currently running Catalyst 8.8. I know enough to know this means I should probably be running a different version of Catalyst. I was wondering if anyone had a similar problem and could recommend a version that likes FFXI particulary Besieged?

Do you do anything else other than Besieged that's heavy on the game?

I do Campaign too and on a couple of occassions I've had the game lock up on me but it has never crashed to a Blue Screen durring Campaign. In Besieged I don't get it 100% of the time and when I do it is near the very end. I would guess it might have something to do with the number of PC's clustered close together on the Mega Boss types as opposed to the number of NPC's.

Bascially - Downgrade your drivers.

I figured I'd have to change the drivers probably even go backwards. I was hoping someone else had already experienced this issue and could recommend a driver version to save me some guess work. Besieged is only every few days so it would make testing a bit tedious.
