if they don't want players spending ungodly amounts of time on a mob they wouldn't let it get to "when it can" in the first place. So I don't see how that's flawed.

Hopefully by early April they mean the first week not end of the 2nd week. Also they aren't confirming anything but it is possible we may see 1 or even all the mini-expansions around then. So that might be why they're taking longer than usual.

Obviously they are introducing "death bells" and when you get a rdm, blm, and whm to ring their death bells in sync the battle target get hit with meteor. Probabaly some quest where you have to fight those dang CoP tarus to get them as well.

Technically you pay 12.95 a month so that you can get the quarterly ones as well

The goofy hammer in the Maze pic with the fellow may indicate more then fellows in Mazes. We all know SE likes to convey multiple things with each teaser pic.

Perhaps one of the new Maze types will be "Skill up".

There will be a rune for each weapon type. When placed on the Tabula with a new skill up voucher type you'll get a goofy weapon that you need to use to accomplish some objective in the maze. While doing that you can get skill ups for that weapon type. It is a very SE sort of way to answer that request from players.

I won't believe that Square is going to give RDM anything that isn't terrible and insulting until after it happens.

QFT, after 4 years (besides 1 update that was alright) of getting nothing exciting. I played for 4 years btw, I know RDM got a couple things since launch.

Content in general being released at a snail's pace is typical SE fashion but the slow widening of updates is a valid complaint. Pretty retarded alternating missions and quests each update to progress the story-line when the damn expansion was released in November 22, 2007.
