I think that it will be a possible random island arrangement where you only deal with 4 islands seeing as how there are 4 "copies" of atmos in the zone. Start off at level 30 level cap, beat the enemies on one island to pop a small boss that allows everyone to level up to 40, then repeat with 50/60/ then 75 for the final boss. I really need to take another look at the zone to see if its possible that each 4 island section is "layered" on each other.

Nah I dont think it's like dynamis . It seems more like a place with more hnms possibly from the past ino , but it invovles atomos so hmmm.

I was looking over this thread and saw the soccer field and it reminded me of an event i hosted back in 2005, called Mandy Ball. Basically it's like provoke/enmity soccer using your hate tools (non-damage) to drag a mandy to the goal area.

great work mortama, i know it was posted a long time ago but just recently seeing those vids made my jaw drop in hopes of somthing to shake up FFXI again... but i've been conditioned to not get my hopes up.

I hope that somebody in this thread has been correct about somthing becuase they're all great ideas. Especially the freaking music for campaign, srsly.

my guess is yes to FortK. its very fort-esk and in earlier posts in the thread there are "teleporters" or "pads" in the corners of the area they look very much like the non-functonal ones in Fort Karugo-Narugo[S] currently....

... if u've explored (like i love to!) u'll also notice that each pad in the main are of Fort KN[S] has a glow that eminates from it that matches each of the 3 main cities and jeuno much like the non-functioning pads in the chocobo racing area that people used to speculate would connect all cities eventually. (lol).

Probably not.

The pads, if they ever get used, will probably coincide with this "training" theme mentioned ealier, like in the basement of Garliage[S] archery. For example:

FortK will offer soccer. Bastokans will have 1 arena, Windurstians will have 1 arena, etc., ... Maybe you'll be able to invite somebody to your "cities'" arena for a homeplay advantage?

Was hoping for early July but with no update teasers yet it will probably be more mid July. Or they could stick to the 4 month gap they did last update and make it August but I doubt they would do that, they want to keep people in on their holidays!

tbh I don't know how we'd get from where we are in WotG story wise to Walk of Echoes being in the next update. It would have to be a pretty huge update.

i read a dev. team interview and they said "there will be an area similar to 'Ru'Aun Gardens' and 'Al'Taieu' for the WotG expansion upon completion of the missions."

in the same interview they said that as of christmas 2008 update, WotG missions were "about 50% complete", so I'm guessing/hoping that christmas of this year we'll see the release, or maybe earlier.
