So who was the masked Scourge commander supposed to be? I don't know a great deal about Warcraft lore, especially from the Horde side, but that certainly piqued my curiosity.

I believe he's the grand apothecary guy from Undercity, I remember him being in Shatt for a while before the WotLK release, Grand Apothecary Putriss? or something along those lines

I'm not entirely convinced, it wouldn't make sense for Blizzard to create an entire language that none of the PCs would ever be able to understand or make sense of, it seems like it would have made more sense to just type random gibberish and simply slap [Draconian] in front of it rather than having it be an actually translatable language, at least at this point I'm pretty sure there's no other time when players are able to read it
