But either way, he was never known for doing anything bad on Alexander (which was his native server, so to speak) - and as for what people on Quetz might have been thinking about him and his ls - well, i honestly dont care. These people are now saying the same things about Absolution that they used to say about PP.

I don't understand, are you completely ignoring that he DID jack all of his LSs bank and jump servers (or sell it all)? I mean, who gives a flying fuck if he wasn't a bad guy on Alex. Why does being closer to Atab make you more qualified to know anything in this particular situation? Maybe you guys thought he wouldn't betray you precisely because you were so attached to him. From the outside looking in it was obvious because we had the benefit of perspective. We saw you all as a self-serving group willing to stoop to any means necessary. We could surmise from that you were comprised of players with equally low standards. It was easy from that to figure that theft, corruption, etc. eventually cause an internal implosion.

And we were right.

Yes our shell decided collectively that a good use of LS money would be to get relics that would better improve the capabilities of the shell. Maybe the people that left us might not have understood that logic because they had the mindset that if weren't getting the loot then as far as they were concerned they didn't benefit at all. But our ability to 8-man mobs that you guys have wiped to with full alliances is partially due to that foresight and ability to put the interests of the shell over a single person.

And if you think Zyc can't tank for shit, I am at a loss for words to describe the circus show that was Busta's tanking or the tanking abilities of those scrubs you headhunted from us. In a span of 15 minutes I didn't see Busta dodge a single Ixion TP move.

As I said, "Everyone has bad fights once and a while, screws up, or otherwise does something embarrassing." But I also stated "There's a difference when those bad performances are the norm or the exception to the norm." But really my main gripe isn't your abilities. In the end what matters is if you can get shit done, not how sloppy it is.

What I really disliked about you was your mindset as a shell. You were cancerous. You took everyone and anyone in a mad attempt to balloon yourself up and overwhelm the server. You lacked any sort of standard in recruitment and you even imported crap from other servers. It wasn't about your fights being bad, it was that those bad fights were indicative of the quality of player you recruited. The icing on the cake for this is that so many of your members at some point or another had expressed negative opinions of your shell but ended up joining due to the allure of loot. Hell some of them badmouthed your shell WHILE they were in it. But you still took them, proving that the standard for everyone in PP was "Do I get loot/Will it help me get loot?"

What made the downfall of PP clear to most everyone from the beginning was the fact you all had no problems asking people to bot in your application. That is what made it easy or the rest of us to distinguish you all as trash and what put you in opposition to the rest of us. In the words of Integral, not Dez, "the difference imo between a ls like PP and pers is that PP's leaders encourage and teach their members to bot. Other linkshells may or may not have certain botters, but they never openly admit it to the rest of the shell. Usually these linkshells tend to take action if someone openly goes parading about it. PP on the other hand used to ask its members to bot."

Take note here: I criticize you for things I can easily see from the outside and you guys claim shit that requires being inside the shell to know, like the bank being stolen or Zyc lootwhoring items. At one point you were trying to headhunt a Paladin and tried to sway him by saying that Zyc lootwhored that Bahamut's Mask away from him... when Zyc had that mask well before the Paladin you were trying to recruit even joined our shell.

And what's the Absolution flaming? Sure there's a thread here in BG about them, but if you actually read the only thing people really flame Absolution for, or the only thing *I* flamed Absolution for, is taking your leftovers. I haven't said anything to them in Aery to this day (Really, when have I ever said anything in Aery that was not in some way a response? Sure I'm the first person to join in when the mud starts flinging and I have no qualms at all about rubbing salt into your wounds, but I usually don't instigate it. That's Fubio)
