Koda Kumi did the songs for the jp version, which is the only true full version of Real Emotion, I believe. "Jade from Sweetbox" did the songs for the NA version. Meh.

FF12's battle system managed a realtime battle type without making you mash the same attack button over and over (a la Kingdom Hearts). I approve greatly. Although X-2 has a simply awesome battle system as well...and it's a fun, if totally pointless, game.
