Maximizing your time: restarting after getting fucked over and banned, getting War to 40 without a sub, taking Sam straight to 75. (good friend)

Also: I saw a Hagun in Garlaige [S] the other night... 3/5 Hachiman, Wyvern helm, Relic legs, Healer's earring... guy never changed anything.

I'm pretty fucking lenient about Campaign gear, I like to fart around in my Darksteel harness/sub because it's funny looking, and -20% phys taken amuses me/lets me afk at will mid fight if needed... but come on, 3 mil weapon + 300k entire other gear?

Yes he must be on his way to be level capped at 70 so that full hachiman set could be used to the max.

Yes they are, and no, you don't need an uber CPU to make FFXI look nice. You simply need to tweak the registry accordingly, which isn't hard, and is even easier if you use a third party app to do it with.

If you think his graphics are bad go buy him a new dam computer since you have a problem. anywho that sams gear is quite silly.

So the BRD+SAM came together. Couldn't get one without the other. BRD could not land an elegy or a lullaby to save their life (literally), and the SAM fulltimed that. I quite literally never saw him blink once, not even for med. I'm so fucking sympathetic for those Haidate and that belt. While the items themselves are not gimp at all, the way he was using them makes them incredibad. (Looking at you, Acc+17 / STR+39 in gear.) Also, he used a sole sushi at the beginning of the party. Agreed.. Colibri suck ass, even with a hardcore chr/m.acc build I still get resists on Lullaby.

If I'm lucky my FPS is around 10 or so for uncrowded events. With elementals around it drops to 3 or so and sucks horribly. Sucks even more when it happens during Campaign. And I pretty much can't move, respond or anything other then just continue hitting my target.

I'm not sure really, my laptop isn't suppose to run FFXI but it does. I can't afford an upgrade or hell even a down grade since my PS2 is packed off in my closet. I have a lot of effects off, no shadows, no weather effects and none of those normal effects. xP I've also had Isawa help me tweak the registry a bit so it looks good. And that didn't change my FPS at all and is still playable. xP

Yea thats what happened on my PS2. =( Now I still stay connected and still attacking but my FPS drops insanely so I just sit there and hope I don't DC or mobs don't gang rape me. ; ;

Hi there, pull your head out your ass and learn to read. Tweaking the registry is extremely simple to do, and takes about 5-10 minutes to complete. If you had read the sentence you quoted, you would see that's what Kohan mentioned.
