I remember my RL friend who I restarted to play with, he was always the puller for our parties, Thf, Sam, didn't matter... he'd just get tired of retards and go pull.

I've seen him get Guivred countless times.

I care what bard wears, because I know that certain stats help bard be better, march tiers and resist rates and all that fancy stuff, but really I just don't like seeing gimpy half-assed players anywhere near me. I feel that if I'm putting in 100% effort to get something done that everyone else should be, too (and this is the #1 reason people get pissed at people who are just 'doing what they want with their 12.95/mo.')

They should. Sick of seeing shitty bards who can't land elegy on fucking Greater Colibri. Obviously you don't have to go all-out with bard, but you at least need an earth staff and a hq horn.. and some bards don't even manage that.

On Garuda, there was a guy who leveled BRD/WHM 1-75 with just a NQ yellow cape, that level 7 cloak, NQ earth/light staff and mostly NQ instruments. Sure, his elegy rate probably sucked and his lullabies always resisted, but he still got parties because he was able to pull 90% naked and keep songs up.

Sounds like a guy I know on Diabolos. Except he had a moogle rod until staves, wore RSE and a Yukata, and he wanted to merit with me in that gear. He was in my LS, so it was ahrd to be a dick to him and have him still show up to events. <_<;

This thing is trying to buy Beard I assume, and has a rather overdone Evasion build that I haven't seem him swap anything out.

And as for the Rockon Dring/full Adaman PLD and figuring out more about him, he's in FlyMeToTheMoonlight now (the same fucking JP shell that GM'd/banned me for attempting to flail their Tiamat that they stalled for 90mins at 98% in '07). So I'm guessing that someone in the shell bought the account and serverhop'd it to Fairy for whatever reason. All of his gear was bought between 3/11/09 and now, and he sucks dick at doing everything.
