Effective 28% (according to wiki) ATT boost versus a flat 124 ATT. Long as your ATT was 450 or more, it would be, right?

I mean, Minuet is nicer in that you have it immediately, where it'd take a minute or so to get to level 5 Box Step. Plus, well, Dia III isn't exactly part of DNC, and you could technically stack all of 'em... but there is a small amount of truth to it, though I doubt he was looking at it objectively like that (as his comment about March and Haste Samba would show).
