You don't have to have a lot of gil to not be gimp, you just have to know how to properly gear your job. People generally won't get called gimp for having nq gear if they at least use a decent TP set and WS set for melee, and proper staffs and mind/int/skill/hmp sets for mages. However, if we see someone sporting nq gear and a fucking black belt, you damn well better believe that they're getting called on it.

I always get a large chunk of gil then plan to invest it in crafting or whatever, but then end up buying gear i need so i wont be gimpish. So I'm always broke XD

I'd usually start my rant about how much he could drastically improve his SAM for absolutely no gil whatsoever, but some fucking moron would pop up saying RAJAS ISN'T FREE, HAIDATE COST TIME AND EFFORT, AND SWIFT BELT TAKES TIME AND YOU HAVE TO BUY THE CODEX CUZ IDK HOW TO FARM.

I Nyzuled with this guy. We failed. He decided to take charge. Among other things, I killed the SAM while charmed before he decided to sleep me.
