As was mentioned earlier way too much skill in sets where there should be MND. An easy way to do it is have a full MND set then a full Enfeebling set. Make Paralyze your full MND set, change Enfeebling Torque to Morgana's, Yigit Hands to Devotee's +1, Altruistic Cape to Aslan Cape, Nashira Seraweels to Mahatma Slops then if you want you can add an Enfeebling Earring and a Communion Earring and you'd have an amazing MND build set. Then for things that resist that go with your Resist Enfeeb Set you have.
Resting could use a Grandoise Chain or Phi Necklace.
Nice gear otherwise.
I doubt anyone wants you.
Rub it in my face, why dontcha.
You do know if you used AF1 body, aslan cape, and mahatma legs in your paralyze set you'd have 5 more skill 3 more mnd and 3 less magic acc which is better in every way >_>. Either way with just HQ staff and duelist chapeau, you should be able to land enfeebles on nearly everything and should put mnd in every other slot. You already have the best torque/legs/back piece on you.
Also your cure macros should probably be:
/equip head "Wlk. Chapeau+1"
/equip body "Duelist Tabard"
/ma "Cure X" <t>
pause 1
/equip body "Goliard Saio"
/equip head "Raven Baret", if you don't have one I'd advise getting one since you don't have that much -enmity on while you cure and it's cheep as hell.
Some improvements that won't hurt your wallet for you are geist earrings, raven barret, and devotees+1. More expensive improvements are communion earrings and an aqua ring. You have the gear just need to use it better.
What exactly is the wait needed to change body/head and keep the fast cast and the -enmity work?
/sigh. If you're not in an HNM linkshell you really should improve that MND set. You, like so many others, are using waaaay too much enfeebling magic skill.

(not my gear but it's what i'm aiming for eventually)
This set can be used to enfeeble even Fafnir at a decent land rate. You can use MND in pretty much every slot if you have a Duelist's Chapeau. If you're fighting anything and getting a lot of resists (1-2 is fine, i'd rather take a few casts to get 39% Slow than 1 cast for 20% Slow) then use HQ staves instead of the club/shield.
Alkalurops is an awesome replacement for HQ staves on resistant mobs as it has slightly less accuracy but you gain an extra 10 MND.
For your Idle set I would say idle in Duelist's Tabard, simply for looks. You can just macro in Saio for spells. The extra mp is a moot point if you get a Convert set as you can simply stay in your convert set till you use up the extra mp.
Get a Dark Torque and maybe a Dark Earring if your inventory isn't really full.
I don't really understand your 'easy' Enfeeble set. INT doesn't affect the potency of black magic enfeebles so Balrahn's Ring and Nashira Seraweels would be better for that set.
Assuming that isn't a Merciful cape you don't need to use the Glamor Jupon as you don't reach the next Phalanx tier.
Replace the Aslan Cape with an Errant(Mahatma) Cape for Cure 4 along with other -enmity pieces (Trooper's etc.). Remember, you only need to macro Fast Cast in at the start of the cast for it to take effect. You can swap to another piece mid cast such as the Raven set. For the Cure 3 set swap in Goliard Saio mid cast.
Updated my post, I think I covered everything? :s

Now it's perfect.
And yeah Cookies covered everything, he is quickly making my presence in this thread redundant. I think a lot of rdms are kind of hesitant to cast anything without the appropriate hq stave, which is reasonable considering how important it is not to be one of those idiots with the fulltime swords in exp parties, but actually it's not a terrible place to trade accuracy for potency. And every time para procs on a ks99 meteor or a -ga3 or even just a normal melee swing on an LBC that could have been a double crit for 400 damage each, you will be glad you invested in a set that looks like Cookies'.
rdm can't use blue cape; it's an aslan. He's doing that part right! But yeah Raven Barret go
@Starr: As long as you put the fast cast gear swap before the /ma Spell <t>, you should get the fast cast bonus. I don't think you need to pause a full second to be able to switch gear, but it does need some pause because it will be trying to equip 2 bodies and the macro won't work. Anything that's under 1 second cast time doesn't need fast cast on anyways. (Stun being the exception, which you should be using warlock chapeau and duelist tabard for the time off recast anyways)
Idk about Fafnir, but I used club+shield on Tiamat and didn't get much resists, so it's ok on most stuff. The only thing that resists slow/para a lot for me is Odin, where I get like 10% success. Anyway, after getting getting Nashira seraweels I didn't see any improvement, compared to Morrigan's, and my best successful run was when I made a compromise between high enfeebling skill and mnd gear, with 150 MND, the rest being +skill/accuracy. I think I landed slow2/para2 like 4 or 5 times which is pretty good for a 15 min fight ~
That staff in your avatar (can't be assed to look up spelling) is a pretty awesome compromise between acc and potency, I'd use it and raptor+1 for most things if I had one.
I thought fast cast gear had to be on during the time of the cast in order for it to take effect
To get the time off recasts, yes. To make it take less time to cast, no.
