When I sam/drg, Brutal/Wyvern, but Bushi makes Black Tathlum happy. As for rajas, rings/earrings 101 applies: Pimp shit first.

As for ace's, I'm not in an HNM shell and tried a few times with random ppl from Flist and failed miserably 3-4 times. Ace's ain't happening.


Also, I do have sam, only use it about 2% of my play time as well as drg with 2%, dnc with 1% and mnk with 95%

While this is very true, there is one clause (Bushi touching Black Tathlum)
that +
Rajas is not always the more pimp ring.

For example 2handers need it for 6hit .75 acc .75 attack per str/dex, goes first

For example I'm in one of the situations where I use it on mnk, Toreador/Rajas because Tor is more pimp for mnk than Rajas.

Would probably be better of with Haubergeon +1 in here but I sold it when I got Usukane Body and the only time I've used Rana recently is on Aspid.

D ring will never drop again so I doubt I'll ever be able to call this set complete, also Hydra/Gavial Greaves +1 would add another 1% to this and Darksteel Mittens +1 would add another 2%.

Again D ring would allow for more MDB to be swapped in but this set gives -26% MDT and +6 MDB.

Apart from AV drops and D ring I think I've done all I can do for now. Long term goal is Yoichi but I probably won't be in a position to start buying currency for atleast another 4-6 months.

The only real question I have is do you have a PDT/DD hybrid set? I had the gear you had but I swung depressingly slow so I subbed back in Byakkos and usu feet. Seemed to work out better for me.

You could also switch from Usukane Gote and Rutter Sabatons to Myochin Kote +1/Enkidu's Mittens and Usukane Sune-ate for a little more STR/att/acc on your Rana build, but it's just Rana.

Yeah Rana is pretty shitty, but there's no reason to stack that much accuracy with it, especially with an amano, I would try to focus some more attack into it.

Other than that, Lieutenants Sash for MDB set, maybe Orochi Nodowa for some regen (least I use that). And like you said Darksteel Mittens +1 for PDB, those are fairly easy to get, a lot easier than those Gavial Finger Gauntlets +1 you got /jealous. Have you considered trying to get an Avalon Breastplate at all for MDB? I'm not really sure how much of an MDB/PDB fanatic you are, I know I've been trying to get one.

In regards to how much accuracy, I only ever use rana on higher level targets for SC. With Usu feet and the assumption that gorget is +10 that equates to roughly 424 accuracy which isn't overdoing it considering what I'd be using it on.

I'm not really too familiar with MDB vs %taken, got a link to any tests? I'd like to find out more, specially since I'm trying to get a sash. If I can avoid that, it would be great. As for Avalon, not in an HNMLS? D:
