Someone committing a grisly murder for reasons of passion/revenge/etc. are much safer to have in a society than those who plea insanity, essentially announcing their instability, unpredictability, and utter danger they are to everyone around them. The entire purpose of these systems is to protect people, as a whole, from eachother and sometimes ourselves. The bullshit insanity plea is oft a loophole that negates the entire process. Kill the fucker.

The odds of him ever being released back into society are lower than the odds of a sociopath that kills for gain escaping from prison.

John Hinckley Jr. hasn't even been released yet, and while some would say what he did is far more "serious" it was leaps and bounds less grotesque.

I'm curious to know how many people in this thread saying to kill him, insanity is BS, and other crybaby uneducated juvenile dribble consider themselves Christians or go to church regularly ( the line for compassion starts here).

As Aurik said earlier, the doctors are the ones that are making the claim including the prosecutions and they have a fair amount more weight in my opinion than some bitter dipshit on the internet that wants to get his bad day out on everyone with petty one-liners aimed at coating the situation in black and white.

Maybe take the hairnet off and get some of the brain constriction loose and have a bit more of an actual conversation about what's happened instead of taking the pretend cowboy position.
