I've done 31k/hr tops with both colibri camps open for 2hrs. You can't get 45k/hr, period.

I'm a bit late and basically repeating what others have said before, but if you can't stun Dissapation then something's seriously wrong with your stunners. Every Ultima run we have a BLM dedicated to the stun of Dissipation and guess what? None of them ever get through. Dissipation is not instant; it does have a small window of charging (roughly two seconds).
I made that video and basically what we did was time it so that the current screen it had up would wear off just before it started CB, Hold it @ 21 until it uses Physical Shield (Get BRDs to SV Troub Madrig + March x2), wait ~25s and take it to 19 or however it hits and stun Dissipation, then it should CB right as that shield wears if you time it right. I'm pretty sure that it put up magic shield though since listening was fail.
No, they're trying to sound awesome with fabricated, 'unaltered' levels of productivity that anyone who's ever browsed Advanced before /knows/ to be fabricated.
Dissipation is easy to stun in my experience. I used Windower and looked at HP percentage - when it hit 20%, the melees are supposed to throw out a weaponskill to push it to 19%, and I'll already be casting Stun. Works damn near every time.
In the event that it has Physical Screen up, we have 2 BLM casting a nuke.
Simple shit really.
You know you don't have to rely on chatlog to stun Dissipation. When it does a JA you can see yellow lines around it. When it hits 79% 59% 39% 19% it will do the yellow lines thingy. That would be dissipation.

Note:2 seconds is more like 1.67 seconds, but you get the idea.
Take a beastmaster and ultima will be cake. I only have pet jobs smn, bst, pup, and my group leader force me to go as bst/drk. Courier can tank 3 CB before it dies, 4 if you get resisted.
1) stay, soul eater, stun, bind, sleep, snar1, get the hell out.
2) heel, reward, wait for next CB
3) stay, last resort, stun, bind, sleep, snar1, get the hell out.
4) heel, reward, wait for next CB
5) stay, weapn bash, stun, bind, sleep, snar1, get the hell out.
6) heel, call beast, wait for next CB
rinse and repeat and nobody dies. My beastmaster is fully reward and call beast merited though.

Back when i was in a limbus shell that did Ultima, i tried convincing the leader to let me do something like this. Ofcourse, lolbst
I enjoy reading what people do with bst in events that normaly bsts never get to go or do anything besides being second rate charity DDs. We use my bst for LAC and it's always a fun moment for me :D
About all that exp bragging i'm seeing, you may want to actualy check your exp counter instead of what expwatch is telling you. I've seen it tell me i'm getting 20k/h while soloing as /bst or duoing and in the end I actualy get more around 12k/h despite what the counter says. (Note: SMN burn can easily yield big numbers and if done correctly those numbers are not only possible but normal)
On a side note: Back in 2005, my Blade: Jins averaged 1k dmg.
