    Any practical use for a Storm Scimitar?

    Got this from messing around with assaults yesterday. Besides possibly using it as a BLU weapon from level 70 - ~73, and using it for potential tanking in Assault/Nyzul/Salvage, I can't really figure out any way to use this. Mind you, I am approaching this as a potential future BLU weapon, not necessarily for the other jobs that can use it.

    Thoughts? Opinions?

    I liked to use it as an offhand to perdu during Nyzul before I got Perdu/Beastslayer; outside of assault I'd offhand Ifrits
