Already posted this in the Steam deals thread, but just to try and get more people to notice:

Bioshock 2 Steam page, Other Requirements section:

Other Requirements: Initial installation requires one-time internet connection; Ability to save game, earn achievements, receive title updates and online play requires log-in to Games for Windows LIVE; software installations required including Microsoft Visual C++2008 Runtime Libraries, Games for Windows LIVE client, Games for Windows LIVE Client Patch, Sony DADC SecuROM, Microsoft DirectX.

Passing on this until they eventually remove all the DRM shit like they did with the first game. It'll probably be a lot cheaper by then anyway, I have plenty of other games to play.

[miokomioko]

I am getting less and less excited about this game with each passing day... why is that?

[Kuya]

Same for me too actually. I wish more Dead Space 2 info would come out instead.

Spoiler: show

I predict Tenenbaum turns into the villain in Bioshock 2. Fontaine foreshadowed a possibility of it in Bioshock 1. I also wonder if she ends up being behind the big sisters. Maybe that is why she cared about saving the little sisters so much so she could turn them into big sisters.

Of course I haven't read much about what the plot will be like, so maybe some of what I posted above has already been proven wrong.

[Chun Liroy]

So yeah playing Bioshock 1 and I swear this is the only game that scares the living bejezzus out of me every time I play it.

[Kyo]

Have you not played Dead Space yet?
