For Those of You Planning to Reformat Soon - Get This

Today's Giveaway of the Day is a great program - Driver Magician. Not many free programs do this, and you can get the full program for free today, so if you plan to reformat now or in the future, this is a great grab.

It basically backs up all of the drivers you installed on your PC, and creates an executable that you can put on a flash drive or other removable media. After you reformat, you can simply run the EXE and everything will be installed, no driver-hunting needed.

It also has a few cool features, like being able to pull drivers for those pesky "unknown devices" that appear on systems. All in all, a decent program, and free for today only!

does the activation bounce off their servers? limited usefulness if i can only set it up today, but an interesting little app.

Yes, you can only activate it today, otherwise it'll revert back to the the limited-functionality in 15 days.

Mmmm i installed it then use the activation,exe

But when i run the program it keep saying that it's a trial until the 20 march

Mine doesn't say that. Help -> About shows it as being registered to giveawayoftheday, and I don't get any trial warnings.

I'd perhaps try uninstalling and reinstalling. I've downloaded and activated the program myself without trouble.

Maybe when you ran your activate.exe it errored out? Should offer to add some bookmarks after it's successful putting the key in.

I wonder if the user+key that's in plain sight in the registry can be used again later as is...

i didn't reboot when i installed the software so rebooted and now it works
