Hey all,

First of all, i tried to search solutions by search but i didnt find anything similiar. Please tell me if my search skill is too low.

I usually have problems in Waj. woodlands, Misa. coast and so forth. In other words, in areas wheres alot of trees, bushes etc. While back i didnt have this issue.

I pressed CTRL+ALT+DEL and it says that my comp is using 100% of its "memory?". I have roundly 30 process's, most of them are important. I googled most of them.
(POL takes 95% CPU)
Yes, i turned MSN/downloads and other shit off
Process 30 - Memory usage: 100% - Memory "storage?" 700M / 1691M

I turned all shadows, weather and sounds off.

Firewall: Zonealarm
A-virus: Avira AntiVir
PC: Not sure, 2-3 years old.... Windows XP, Sapphire radeon 9600 atlantis, 1GB ram. 10M/1M connection, which shouldnt be related to this.

I have tried installing new drivers, i also tried to install old drivers. (I also put all the driver options to lowest possible) I scanned my computer and dont find a thing, i really believe its something to do with Firewall/A-virus.

Well thats all i can think of, i hope someone can help me.
