[Cerberus] Government endgame ls

Government LS was formed on Leviathan server by a bunch of server transfers. Everything they claimed they pretty much wiped to. I don't know if for some reason their core went from no good > great by transferring but anyways just posting facts GL on Cerberus.

I was honestly curious, couple friends of mine that can't make EM event times joined and I was concerned that they might be getting hosed. Glad to know that's not the case.

That's a Novio on that dead BLM by the way. The PLD had a gimp sub, which was why he was /anon. Zoroz is/was the leader. Awesome.
