Now, with /sam, raja's, brutal (21stp) and excluding double attacks on WS:
Tred = Base 14.4 tp/hit. (14.4*.21)+14.4 = 17.424 = 17.4 tp/hit.
528's are true 6-hit builds (from 0 to 100 tp in 6 hits) 100/17.4 = 5.74 = 6 hit
Moliones (or any 501) = Base 13.6 tp/hit. (13.6*.21)+13.6 = 16.456 = 16.4tp/hit.
501's are true 7-hit builds, 100/16.4 = 6.09 = 7 hit.
4-hit guillo (max return):
528
WS return = 17.4 + (1*.21+1)*3 = 21.03 = 21tp return
(100 - 21) / 17.4 = 4.54 = 5 hits to get 100 tp
501
WS return = 16.4 + (1*.21+1)*3 = 20.03 = 20tp return
(100-20) / 16.4 = 4.87 = 5 hits to get 100 tp
Missing 1st hit on guillotine:
528
WS return = (1*.21+1)*3 = 3.63 = 3.6tp return
(100-3.6) / 17.4 = 5.54 = 6 hits to get 100 tp
501
WS return = (1*.21+1)*3 = 3.63 = 3.6tp return
(100-3.6) / 16.4 = 5.87 = 6 hits to get 100 tp
Missing any hit on guillotine besides the 1st:
528
WS return = (1*.21+1)*2 + 17.4 = 19.82 = 19.8tp return
(100-19.8 ) / 17.4 = 4.609 = 5 hits to get 100 tp
501
WS return = (1*.21+1)*2 + 16.4 = 18.82 = 18.8tp return
(100-18.8 ) / 16.4 = 4.95 = 5 hit to get 100 tp
Missing any 2-hits on guillotine besides the 1st:
528
WS return = (1*.21+1)*1 + 17.4 = 18.61 = 18.6tp return
(100-18.6) / 17.4 = 4.67 = 5 hits to 100 tp
501
WS return = (1*.21+1)*1 + 16.4 = 17.61 = 17.6tp return
(100-17.6) / 16.4 = 5.02 = 6 hit to 100 tp
So it appears to me that 1) Any scythe (528 or 501) missing the 1st hit on guillotine losses 5 hit build and 2) a 501 missing any 2 hits on WS losses 5 hit build aka your comment about only needing to land any 2 hits is incorrect (I'm assuming you meant trying to keep the 5 hit, since a 6 hit build after you WS isn't helping you). Missing any 2 hits period (first or otherwise) on guillotine and a 501 losses 5 hit. This is where the 528 has an advantage over a 501 in the 5 hit department.
I forget what the % chance is of hitting max guillotine return at 95% accuracy, I think it was about 80% or something? I'm sure someone will chime in with that. So as far as keeping the 5 hit build, it's not so much about hitting all 4 hits, but hitting the first hit for the most part. Of course maximizing guillotine damage is a different subject, I'm just referring to keeping your 5 hit build.
