Living in Suburban Minnesota, Papa John's or Papa Murphey's is about as good as you can get =P
Fuck you assholes, how am I supposed to get a papa johns bbq chicken at 1am?![]()
here's what I ALWAYS order @ pizza place
Pizza hut: 1 P'zone meaty + 10 super hot boneless wing
Papa johns: BBQ chicken/bacon pizza
Dominoes: that toasted sandwich thing
I still haven't had a bbq chicken pizza from papa's, only the the bacon ranch or whatever. I am nuts for wings though and Pizza hut has decent ones, although sometimes the local pizza place has amazing ones. A few places around here have hot sauces that you need to sign a waiver in order to eat.
Are you sure papa johns are open till 3? God that would be nice.
I only know of manhattan only, I've only had pizza once in brooklyn and once in the bronx. As far as every place I've been to around times square, wall street, up near msg and empire; NJ > NY.
Don't compare it to northern jersey though. They seem to be city wannabe's, it's better near the shore for whatever reason.
Fuck. I just read this thread and it made me really want Dominos..
/check clock.. 1:17 AM.
God dammit.
I don't mean high-tech as in "omg they are the top of the line" I meant too high-tech as in "do we REALLY need to know when they put the pizza in the box?"
Also it can't have been there for ages. I admit last time I ordered online dominoes was probably at most 4 months ago, and yes they DID have a feature that "tracked" your pizza, but it was mostly telling me when I ordered and possible arrival time, nothing as detailed as this. XD
tbh I think it depends where you live. Back when I lived in CT dominoes was pretty gross. ONLY reason we ever got it up at college was they had "buy one pizza get the second free" deal on Thursdays.
Out here though the Brooklyn-style pizzas at dominoes is delicious. And WAY ass cheaper than Roundtable.
Little Ceaser's
I worked at a papa john's for like, forever. I don't know about other places, but I highly suggest ordering from there online. A lot of the stores are franchises, so they set their price. When corporate specials come out, they are always way better than what the store specials are. Our managers always hated the corporate specials because they'd kill us on our food costs. Like someone said the order can't be screwed up online (although I've had many arguments with people over online orders they screwed up. A very colorful one with a deaf guy who ordered a 20 oz instead of a 2 liter once, ah, memories), and you can't really be a douche over the internet, so the chance of your pizza getting fucked with because you pissed off the order taker is non existant. However, people usually order online with their full name (because they are paying by credit card) and its way easier to remember a full name. It makes it way easier to remember who doesn't tip (I'm looking at you Cindy Templeton, 1640 Reserve ST trailer #24).
^ lawl. What do you to do ppl that don't tip? Jizz on their order?
Little Caesar's it's horrible, or maybe it was the place we went but damn. Also, Pizzahut > Domino's. I almost don't eat pizza like I used to (maybe once a month), shits unhealthy etc.
I usually never tip more/less than $3, but that's just because the pizza place is like 5 min away and I never order more than $25. Delivery guys get paid awesomely /hr too, so yea.
