no you certainly dont, and i sure hope your not doing it that way... you dont sit and wait for it to come around to deal damage lol... you use it when it comes around and you have tp, not sit on tp until its ready, or hold ure barrage timer cause its not ready, use it when it comes.. the idea is it will let you get a side off with alot more safety, as opposed to firing the ws, and hoping you don't pull hate, you still could pull hate i guess if you hit it hard enough and your VE is way up there, but for the most part, yeah

Of course not, in fact this was even around the time i realized how useless stleath shot was, because during the course of that cool time down, you will have already negated whatever small beneifts you got from using that ability.

Recycle would only increase your damage if you would have run out of ammo before the fight was over, and only a fucktarded rng wouldn't bring enough to last the whole fight. Your explanation fails.

Stealth may help a bit in zerg. Other than that, on long fight, you will just gonna be pushed to take damage or you will bounce the mob around the tank and you. And most of the time, that isn't a good idea, especially if you're standing far away from mob.

I put 4 in recycle for that reason.

Hmm... I think there are alot of people that have made up their mind on a specific way to merit rng in this thread and they don't want to consider to possibility of another way to do it. So we have much discrediting going on for no other reason than to rationalize to ones self that their choice are superior and therefore the only way to merit.

Again like I said earlier, Those experiences are things that I have indeed experienced myself.So yeah, no amount of Matix's Q_Q will change the fact that he's wrong in his figures.

He's right you know, the bottom line is that on any drawn-out fight enmity capping is inevitable and the end result will always be the tanks scratching for Cumulative Enmity over the DD's. Stealth Shot isn't going to help you in that situation because eventually you're going to get hate no matter how much -enmity you're wearing or how much -enmity your barrage has. Although it might give you a slight edge in pulling hate prematurely in a zerg before you've had a chance to get all your goods off I think its negligible since usually its planted on the DRKs and I get the killshot ^^;

I mentioned before that I don't enjoy playing RNG outside of zergs; this is true but only because RNG needs some serious fixing. I also said before that Stealth Shot had a good premise, and it really did but the execution of it was failz. RNG needs a stance that works like stealth shot would but allow us to either gain a reduced portion of enmity over multiple shots or an option to shed extra our enmity over time. RNG merits is failz D: I pull hate in 1-2 shots and I actually TP in a full -enmity setup. I'd rather not exp Ranger than to hear other melees bitch in meripo that I pulled hate and they lost their TP... so I've been dumping expscrolls on it lol.

Yeah I also think it might be worth mentioning that I'm making the bow, but really it wasn't my reasoning for not meriting stealth shot. Even without having it I'd see more use of putting those extra merits available in the Teir II slot into recycle over stealth.

Are you just complettly oblivious to the Obvious? of COURSE a rng would bring enough ammo, wtf are you talking about, recycle is there for a chance at free arrows REDUCING your chances to keep REFILLING all the time, surely you could have figured that part out at least.. Your common sense fails.

Yeah I never really thought about it in that manner but if you want to get technical, recycle merits would actually increase your DoT by sheer virtue of not having to use ammo pouches so often lol. the difference of course would be negligible but its still there. Recycle gear/merits really do proc very often and I only have one merit into it. Its very noticeable, lol well as I said earlier it was vividly noticeable enough when I didn't lose my PPA or god wind.

wow relax, take your choices and do them, you don't need to get into a "mad fit" over me neither, you can think i'm wrong all you want, and play however you want to play. i was trying to argue a point, that find very valid, maybe you can say my choices are biased cause of the nature of namas arrow, but take it however you want, in the end the entire point i wanted to make was anything is better then recycle, u can pop on some eq to get recycle, you cant do that for the others, and it brings something else to the arsenal ontop of that. i thought this thread had died last page already, but if you feel the need to say one last thing feel free, people can take what they want from what was discussed in the thread

Simple, it's what i call the "bully" method, it's all about "If you don't merit what i merit regardless if i have never triedit or have acttualy seen it used properly i will redicule you and consider you a noob" syndrom, it's sadly common and will always be, simialr to elitsm with equip what i equip or suffer my flames, etc. it's and endless cycle, at some points you just have to turn it off and just ignore it.
