I personally have done this ENM about 40 times. I duo it every week as MNK/WAR + RDM/NIN.
Only meds needed are a meat kabob/Icarus Wing for the MNK, and a Terro or psychoanima for the RDM (Whichever is cheaper at the time.)

I have never wiped to this ENM with two people, even when I forgot an icarus wing. Anima is a must though. Holding out hope that a ring will drop some day.

You guys need an anima and a wing? You should try the SAM polearm method. Also why RDM/NIN instead of just ES sleeping the dumb thing? Inou(WHM/BLM) and I go in with nothing but food + my 2hour and win every time. I always bring a TP wing with me, but I've been holding onto the same one since we started doing the ENM. Stupid thing still hasn't dropped. It's just my weekly SAM buffer capper. I recently abandoned hope and bought the stupid ring.

Seems like MNK is the way to go for solo, but SAM/WAR PLM is tough to beat in a duo setup. 900+ Pentas aren't all that uncommon on the main MR if you push your ATT as high as possible. And you can see spikes quite a bit higher on the aqua MR:

I exit the BC with 100 TP left over from meikyo about half the time. No meds... just 20 min of spare time.
