It was already moved for you. I don't remember anyone on Shiva with that vague of a description. I'm not really sure how to even locate someone based on "Coutrygurl" unless that was her name and I missed it.

Not sure, what is the story with that. Either way you people should not have so much faith on those brand new shells that usually only last 2-4 months the most.

Here is a tip for the people who are interested, getting into an end of game shell it is wise to do some homework about the link shell you are planning to join. Also, Stop paying attention on those people who shouts for members in white gate most of the time they are just recruiting people to make them self-rich. (Believe or not it is the truth)

Here are some examples:
1.check, how long the link shell has been active on the server for.
2.check, how their point system and obtaining gear system works.
3.check, how do they distribute the money amongst members.

Anyways, good luck finding him/her.

I was a sackholder in SkyofVeritas from about 2 months after it formed until Countrygurl and Deadlyninja jumped servers in December 08. At first the shell was led by someone else who had to take a break from the game, when Cg and DN reformed it and became leaders.

When they jumped they took with them the ls payouts from drops and all the pop items we had farmed, as well as the contents of Ian/Triniti accounts.

Our drop system was attendance based and very fair, the people who got things deserved it. Money drops were sold and the gil split every week among those who attended. People often were hard to chase down so Cg would hold their share until she caught up with them so I really have no idea how much ls gil she had as we didn't have a bank as such.

It was a complete surprise to all when they jumped servers. They didnt often miss runs but it had happened before so nothing was thought of it when they didnt attend one weekend. It took Ian making mules with their names for everyone to believe that they had gone.

Countrygurl was a mithra female, face 5A 75 WHM RDM BLM BRD SMN NIN MNK and WAR
one of her mules was Macie a hume female, face 2A with THF at 75

Deadlyninja was an elvaan male with long white hair in a ponytail, Had RNG NIN BRD WAR and PLD at 75
2 mules kendogtwo a 75 blm and beestwarlord 75 rdm, both taru but not sure of faces.

Both had basically all the sky gear. Cg had full Yigit and DN had homam legs. Not sure on other gear, have to admit i didn't pay much attention

Just goes to show you can't trust anyone in this game.

Also, afaik the linkshell never recruited by shouting, we always had too many members also, we were good at sky and that was reflected in the numboer of people who wanted to join us.

Hmmm yes, perhaps I should change it lol. I have a feeling that the OP is Ian/Trinity as something about the way he writes is, er, familiar.

Ian told us he had spoken to Cg after they jumped and that he had found out they had sold all the items and gear including the k club and then sold all the gil and their accounts for real money to pay their bills. However as it seems he is looking for them perhaps this was an embellishment or mistake on his part.

Perhaps they used that money to buy new characters, who knows, but of course if they are still playing it would be good to find them to avoid the same thing happening again. Is there any way the title of the thread could be changed to reflect the fact they are suspected to be on titan now, not shiva?

Well we were in the same shell if that counts as being friends.

Although I hadn't heard or suspected that Ian/Trinity was a gilbuyer until now, I wouldn't be at all surprised if he was. He seemed to have little to no idea of how to play any of his jobs, and repeatedly got lost in sky despite claiming to have lead his own sky shell for years lol. I am sure that if he hadn't had a k club for Countrygurl to 'borrow' he wouldn't have been in SoV as long as he was.

I posted in this thread mainly to defend the other members of SoV against the assumption that we were one of "those brand new shells that usually only last 2-4 months the most" and to make some coherent sense of the OP's message in the hope that Cg and DN can be identified in order to prevent them doing the same to another shell.

hmmm, i met these 2 ppl when i was still on shiva, must been almost 2yrs now since ive talked to them.

i only know them cuz i remembered the guys mules names kendoggtwo and beastwarlord

they are org from garuda i believe who came to shiva, when they realized they couldnt make a decent ls on shiva they moved to ifrit to start a sky/money ls.

seemed like cool ppl, they are married irl, the mithra's name was tricia when i ment them.
and they had a tag along irl friend who played with them, who was 75 thf. cant remember the name or race tho, the girl also had a taru whm mule named pattycakes iirc


edit, i remember talking to them alot and they were pretty straight forward open ppl about there irl situation and alot of personal details, most of which i cant remember.
but sucks you lost shit, im sry and feel bad for you ~.~
