Fiber backlane that already. What good are those controllers if the network is bottlenecked? It isn't that expensive.

It would be a waste of money. It's something I'll do after I move, but at this place I have no use for fiber. I rarely need to transfer enough files to justify it and streaming works fine over Ethernet. With luck by then the 10gb cards will be a little cheaper.

Come to think of it, I believe my servers have 802.3.ad LACP functionality. I could just pick up a new switch and bond the connections.

It's awesome! I broke my old regular computer chair and needed a replacement, thought about the idea of having a lazy boy instead and found that one on craigslist for $40. It's actually in really good condition and there is only stains on the leg rest. It was really low compared to my desk though, so that wooden frame on the bottom boosts it up by 8 inches or so, and I put wheels on it too so it moves easier.

Best investment ever!

Somebody tell me you can find retractable (arms?) table things that can hold monitors and keyboards. The idea, I think, is kind of like those lights above dentists chairs that you can move around and have face just about any direction, but one holding a monitor (or several holding one or more monitors) and one for one or more keyboards instead of a light.

If I understand what your trying to accomplish, couldn't you just purchase a TV mount that you can swivel? It would only for for one LCD though

The pic is a bit dark. Don't have the best lights in my room (wouldn't use them anyways amirite?) and it's past midnight, so no sun to cheat with. And you know... iPhonelol.
