The person who made the image goes by snyp, if you google the name you'll find his work collected on various wallpaper sites. There's also this thread on 4chan that's going through and removing his watermark from wallpapers he put together (their rationale being that it's annoying, and he didn't draw the pictures anyway). There's a Megaupload of the de-watermarked wallpapers here.

You can also find that one without the stars in that thread >_>

I hate the little ones. My thumb always feels so weird after using them. I have one of the big Kensington Expert Trackballs that fits really well in the palm of my hand and just feels natural.

Dunno how you can use those things. Low sensitivity = takes too long to move the cursor, high sensitivity = impossible to click anything small.

I have the same logictech trackball in my photo (the blue wireless one). It helps a TON with my wrist pain, and it's only a day or so on high sensitivity and you get real good with tracking.

If you're curious/ have hand problems from regular mice in recommend picking one up and trying for a week. Can always return it. (or in my case, I went back and bought a 2nd one for home heh)
