That's the cheap stuff, just so ya know. I saw it on sale at Wal-Mart also. It might work, but you can probably find better.

See? New Jersey is the only place I know where you can get fucked up with friends, drive aimlessly/lost, and yet somehow come back with a story about finding a haunted abandoned place EVERY time haha.

"For the first 5 days, take 2 servings immed. after you work out, and for subseq. days take 1 serving.

Preperation: 1 rounded scoop with 6oz of cold water. consume immediately"

The scoop is about half a cup, as in used for cooking.

The ingredients are too long to list.
    Dude, um....

Each scoop has 42g of sugar....no wonder you're getting jittery as fuck. That's...retarded.

Here's the "nutrition" info, lol. Bodybuilding.com - Six Star Muscle Professional Strength Creatine - On sale now!

edit: It's probably the Taurine that is making you the most jittery though.

Much cheaper meaning you have to eat. That is an absolute. You don't have to take additional creatine. It is produced naturally in your body by breaking down proteins. Eat more fish and chicken on a salad. Maybe I'm just cheap but buying food that will feed and keep a family healthy vs. buying a supplement that is completely superfluous. If your goal is big muscles (which is all that is to be gained from creatine) then drink more water. Cycle your work outs by weeks on heavy weeks and light weeks (heavy for mass and light for tone).

    This ^

Creatine is old technology (shit was old news when I was in high school), essentially just helps your muscles retain water to reduce recovery time. Most formulations are essentially the same anymore, whether you buy it from walmart or gnc.

Just a couple things about that...

-Day-long Perpetual Pump: The pump actually prohibits muscular gain. Your muscles fill with blood and stop proper contraction, thus preventing proper failure and finally, proper recovery. You might like it if you're trying to look big for a little while, but if you're trying to GET bigger, it's going to slow you down.

-Instant Recovery, Improves Muscularity, Increases Strength? Unless that's a box of over-the-counter steroids, it's mostly superficial bullshit.

It's a Hemodilator which essentially widens blood vessels. This will make you look a little bigger while you're taking it, might help with recovery and give you a little boost in strength.

BUT, it will more than likely stop you from making REAL GAINS. It basically pads your muscles. Fluff pills more than anything. If I'm going to put chemicals in my body that it doesn't normally make (or make that much of), I'm gonna make damn sure it's doing something (lotsa something).

NO2 Supplement Review - NO 2 Hemodilator Side Effects | Nitric Oxide

Here's a review on it. I didn't get my answer from there and I'm not telling you not to take it. As far as they know, it doesn't have any substantial side-effects nor any substantial benefits.

I took it through out high school while training for football, it can give you headaches if:
    A. u don't drink enough water
    B. drink a lot of sodas
    C. touch alcohol (NO2 + alcohol = instant hangover)
besides that I didn't notice any other side effects besides its Viagra-like effect...

I did notice the difference however between training with it and w/o. I didn't stay sore as long while taking it after intense workouts; and ya the "puffed up", rock hard muscles that wouldn't go away.
